It's served me and all the teams, coachees I've worked with, over the years, well.

In the past two years, for example, I've ridden rides I shouldn't have managed - but I just believed I could.

1️⃣ - Create COMPULSION - Ask yourself what would this mean to me, to achieve this?


2️⃣ - Create REVULSION - Ask yourself what would this mean to me; not to achieve this?


3️⃣ - Create EXPECTATION - Ask yourself what is it about me and my previous experience which means I can?


4️⃣ - Create ELASTICITY - Ask yourself what is it about me and my previous experience which means even if it's tough I'll find a way?
