Having decided to work with following an exploratory coaching session, you may decide that you'd prefer to 'dip your toe' before committing to a full coaching programme - and that's fine. I'd rather you be certain. Choosing to work with a coach, no matter their experience, is an important decision and these sessions can be used to work on standalone challenges or topics outside of a coaching process or gifted to those within your network whom you feel would benefit from a 'gentle nudge' to reach out and start consciously working on their ambitions. In a typical coaching session we will: 1. Identify what you want to achieve and why - creating motivation and clarity 2. Assess what's happening currently and any successes your already seeing - such that we can build upon your success and raise your awareness of why it's happening. 3. Evaluate and prioritise options that could enable you to achieve your desired outcome; immediately or over an agreed period of time. 4. Challenge and support you to commit to the steps you've identified you need to take. Along the way; I will use my coaching experience and leadership experience to facilitate your thoughts and feelings to help you identify strategies to deliver success. I promise you; there's nothing fluffy about it - my background is in senior sales leadership - but I am incredibly supportive and do want you to achieve your desired outcomes.
