Choosing to work with a coach, no matter their experience, is an important decision and starts with the feeling that you can connect and work with the person whom will coach you. In this first exploratory session we'll cover: 1. What you'd like to obtain from coaching and why it's important to you 2. What's happening now and what's brought you to coaching 3. What you'd like to know or ask of me to feel that I would be a suitable coach for you? 4. Agree next steps. I'm delighted to say that 9/10 people who meet with me for one of these sessions have gone on to be coached by me and many say how incredibly useful they find this session 'standalone'.
