About Stefan

I believe in developing good people who have the potential to make this world a much better place.

Trained as a coach at 24, I began improving performance in leaders and managers before I’d even led and managed myself. Alongside my coaching practice, I bring lived senior leadership experience from large, complex organisations, including senior roles at Santander and Nationwide.

I’ve coached leaders across public, private, and third sectors -including central government, financial services, defence, digital, and regulated environments - with organisations such as the Cabinet Office, DEFRA, GDS, NFU Mutual, Public Digital, Rud Pedersen, and FoodDrinkEurope.

In 2017, I left the corporate world to spend more time with my family, opening The Freshwater Coffee House - ranked 4th best in the UK in 2020 - and later my art gallery, The Little Boat.

In 2023, I returned to coaching and facilitation, combining strategic insight with people-focused impact.

I’m an award-winning musician, endurance racing cyclist, and proud Wolverhamptonian - hence the black and gold.
